Supply Chain Clerk

WORKING HOUR

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Alternate Saturdays, 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistic or a related field.
• Fresh Graduate or other related experience.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To source for new supplier and materials to achieve cost effectiveness and competency among supplier.
• Evaluate suppliers’ quotation to ensure cost effective purchases.
• Negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing & quality products specification.
• Enter new accounts into the system, as required, ensuring that the supplier name, address, telephone number and any other pertinent information are correct.
• Prepare and analysis reports on items or services purchased that show costs, delivery, etc.
• To maintain, update and follow up all purchase of material timely and urgently.
• To monitor and follow up to ensure critical materials delivers.
• To update the materials deliveries into system.
• Enter received and transfer out raw materials and consumables from systems.
• Arrange transport based on delivery schedule.
• Prepare Delivery Order based on delivery schedule given by sales department.
• Weight all incoming and outgoing lorry.
• Prepare Purchase Requisition for transportation.
• Maintain filling system for purchasing, store & delivery.
• Perform any other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by Immediate Superior.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
