- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, leveraging expertise in procurement and vendor development.
- Manage relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts and agreements to drive mutual benefit.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions on product selection, pricing, and inventory management.
Job Requirements :
- 20-26 years of experience in electronics manufacturing industry or related field.
- Strong background in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain management, and vendor development.
- Proven track record of implementing successful cost reduction initiatives through effective negotiation skills.
