What they need

About the Company

About AnkerAnker Innovations is a global consumer electronics company behind trusted brands in charging, audio and smart home. We are scaling our Thailand business across leading IT and electronics chains, department stores, mobile shops and dealer partners — and building the cross-border fulfilment backbone that keeps products moving from our factories to Thai shelves, reliably and cost-efficiently.

About the Role

About the RoleWe're looking for an Order Fulfilment Manager to own our end-to-end supply chain from China to Thailand. You will be the one point of accountability for the full chain — distributor order collection, domestic consolidation and dispatch, Hong Kong transit, Thai customs clearance, local warehousing, and final delivery to customer warehouses — and for the metrics that define it:

  • OTD
  • fulfilment cost
  • exception closure rate

This is a builder's role. You will not just run an existing process — you will map it, rebuild it, set the timing standards, and drive the automation that makes it scale.

Responsibilities

  • What You Will DoOwn the end-to-end order fulfilment chain as the first accountable person — distributor order collection, domestic consolidation and dispatch, Hong Kong transit, Thai customs clearance, local warehouse, and delivery to customer warehouse — fully accountable for:

  • OTD

  • fulfilment cost

  • exception closure rate

  • Manage international transportation and dispatch — oversee first-mile solutions from China to Thailand (sea / land / air), manage freight forwarders and carriers, and optimise dispatching processes and cost structure under both FCA and DDP terms

  • Own Thai customs clearance and compliance — the full import clearance process including:

  • HS code classification

  • duty and VAT planning

  • documentation review

  • liaison with local customs brokers and Thai Customs

  • resolve clearance exceptions and inspection cases

  • Drive product certification and market access — coordinate export and Thailand market access certifications (TISI, NBTC, FDA and similar, depending on category) to ensure compliant market entry, and manage certification progress and the documentation system

  • Coordinate local warehousing and distribution — work with Thailand local warehouses (owned and 3PL) on inbound, inventory, picking and last-mile delivery accuracy and timeliness to customer warehouses, and drive local warehouse SOP development

  • Build process and efficiency — map and rebuild the end-to-end fulfilment process, establish timing standards and data dashboards for every stage, identify bottlenecks and drive systematic and automation improvements

  • Coordinate across functions and external partners — define the division of responsibilities and handover standards with the existing China Ops team (distributor order collection and domestic dispatch); manage external service providers including freight forwarders, customs brokers, certification agencies and local warehouses, and build performance assessment mechanisms

Qualifications

  • What We Are Looking ForBachelor's degree or above — logistics management, international trade, supply chain or a related major preferred

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of supply chain / international logistics / order fulfilment experience, including at least 2 years of hands-on China-to-Southeast-Asia (Thailand preferred) cross-border end-to-end experience
  • Deep knowledge of the full DDP fulfilment chain: Hong Kong transit, the Thai import clearance process, tariff policies and local warehousing and distribution operations; familiar with Incoterms including FCA and DDP
  • Familiar with Thailand market access certification requirements (at least one of TISI / NBTC / FDA), with hands-on experience driving certification projects
  • An end-to-end ownership mindset — independently accountable for KPIs (timeliness, cost, fulfilment rate), and able to handle complex cross-timezone, cross-cultural coordination
  • Data-sensitive — able to locate bottlenecks through data analysis and drive improvement; proficient in Excel and ERP / TMS / WMS systems
  • Chinese and English as a working language; Thai is a plus
  • Willing to accept short-term business travel or assignment to Thailand

Preferred Skills

  • Nice to HaveExperience exporting consumer electronics / 3C products to Southeast Asia
  • Existing resources with Thai local customs brokers, freight forwarders or overseas warehouses
  • Experience building a cross-border fulfilment chain from 0 to 1

Required Skills

  • End-to-end ownership of a cross-border fulfilment chain in a fast-growing market
  • The chance to build, not just operate — from process design to system and automation improvement
