Key Responsibilities

Purchase Order Processing

• Raise, process and update purchase orders accurately in the ERP system.
• Check PO details such as quantities, prices and delivery dates against approved requirements.
• Resolve discrepancies between orders, invoices and deliveries.

Order Confirmations

• Obtain and record order confirmations from vendors within agreed timelines.
• Follow up on pending or unconfirmed orders and escalate delays.

Shipment Tracking

• Track inbound and outbound shipments for UK and international (BV) business lines.
• Keep shipment status, expected arrival dates and delivery records up to date.
• Flag delays or exceptions early and coordinate resolution with logistics partners.

Vendor and Logistics Coordination

• Act as the day-to-day point of contact for vendors and logistics partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as procurement, finance, warehouse and customer service to keep orders moving.
• Share timely updates on order and shipment status with stakeholders.

Data Accuracy and Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of orders, confirmations and shipments.
• Prepare regular reports and trackers in MS Excel.
• Manage high volumes of transactions while meeting daily deadlines and accuracy standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Commerce or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics coordination or a similar operational role.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel; ERP system experience preferred.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage high-volume, repetitive transactional work accurately.
• Good written and verbal communication skills for vendor and cross-team coordination.
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple concurrent task streams.

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
