Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales) to understand business requirements and prepare purchase orders.
• Manage procurement process from purchase requisition to delivery, ensuring timely execution of orders.
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve issues related to order fulfillment, quality, and pricing.
• Ensure accurate tracking of inventory levels and maintain a database for spare parts management.
• Provide support in implementing SAP ERP system for efficient supply chain operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-6 years of experience in procurement or supply chain coordination role.

• B.Tech degree in Computers or equivalent qualification required.

• Proficiency in SAP ERP system, particularly Order Processing, Order Management, Sales Order Processing, Order Execution modules.
