Supply Chain Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc management reports on sales performance, logistics costs, and key business KPIs.
• Analyse sales performance against budget, identify key variances, and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Monitor logistics costs and recovery across existing trade lanes, including freight, transportation, and other supply chain-related expenses.
• Support supply chain, process improvement, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to resolve operational, costing, and billing issues.
• Maintain accurate pricing, logistics, and business reporting databases and ensure timely updates.
• Review and verify forwarder invoices for accuracy before submission to Finance for payment processing.
• Manage transfer price registration and maintenance for component sales to affiliated companies.
• Support pricing, planning, and other business activities as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, Logistics, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, Business Analysis, or a related function.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and COUNTIFS.

• Hands-on experience with Power BI for data visualisation and dashboard development.
