Orangeburg County Broadband is hiring a dependable and organized Supply Chain Coordinator to support broadband installations, service requests, scheduling, and daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating teams, helping customers, solving problems, and keeping operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate installations, service appointments, deliveries, and customer requests.
• Communicate with customers, technicians, vendors, and community partners.
• Track schedules, projects, service tickets, and operational updates.
• Maintain accurate customer records, reports, and documentation.
• Respond to customer questions by phone, email, and online channels.
• Support broadband deployment and community outreach programs.
• Assist with data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks.
• Follow up on service issues to ensure timely resolution.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in logistics, customer service, telecommunications, or administration is a plus.
• Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable working with customers and explaining information clearly.
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
• CRM, ticketing, ISP, or broadband experience is helpful but not required.
• Paid training is provided.

Pay: $25.27 - $28.10 per hour
