Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Overview

COORDINATED SUPPLY CHAIN, LLC. is hiring a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support procurement, logistics, inventory, and order fulfillment. You’ll coordinate with suppliers, carriers, vendors, and internal teams to keep shipments, inventory, and documentation accurate and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchasing, transportation, inventory, and order fulfillment activities.
• Track shipments, deliveries, ETAs, and inventory levels.
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, vendors, and internal departments.
• Maintain purchase orders, invoices, shipping documents, and reports.
• Update ERP, WMS, and TMS systems and ensure accurate data.
• Assist with forecasting, replenishment, and vendor performance tracking.
• Identify workflow issues and support process improvements.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or inventory preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• ERP/WMS/TMS experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred.

Pay: $25.70 - $30.30 per hour
