Job Summary

Duties

• Manage end-to-end supply chain processes including demand planning, production scheduling, procurement, and logistics coordination.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to develop production plans aligned with demand forecasts and capacity constraints.
• Oversee logistics and warehouse management systems to optimize inventory flow, reduce waste, and improve delivery timelines.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing data in Excel and systems to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
• Support the implementation of new software solutions related to supply chain management and enterprise resource planning.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and plant management to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct regular reviews of supply chain performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
