Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Overview

Clutch Supply Chain Management, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support procurement, transportation, inventory, and order fulfillment. This role is ideal for an organized professional who enjoys coordinating multiple priorities, analyzing operational data, and helping keep the supply chain running efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate daily procurement, logistics, transportation, inventory, and fulfillment activities.
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Track inventory, shipments, deliveries, and order status.
• Prepare purchase orders, shipping documents, reports, and operational records.
• Support inventory replenishment, forecasting, and supplier performance.
• Maintain accurate data in ERP, WMS, and TMS systems.
• Analyze operational data and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Assist with process improvement and cross-functional supply chain projects.
• Follow company policies, safety standards, and industry requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, transportation, procurement, or inventory operations preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and as part of a team.
• ERP/WMS/TMS experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred.
