Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Overview

Dingchuang Supply Chain Inc. is hiring a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support international logistics, procurement, inventory, transportation, and order fulfillment. You’ll coordinate shipments, work with suppliers and carriers, maintain shipping documentation, and help keep global supply chain operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments, transportation, procurement, and warehouse activities.
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and warehouse teams.
• Track shipments, inventory levels, delivery schedules, and customs clearance.
• Prepare and maintain POs, commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping and customs documents.
• Support inventory planning, replenishment, forecasting, and order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate data in ERP, WMS, and TMS systems.
• Monitor costs and KPIs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Resolve shipment, inventory, and logistics issues promptly.
• Support vendor performance and ensure compliance with import/export requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, transportation, procurement, warehousing, or inventory operations preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ERP/WMS/TMS platforms and international shipping is a plus.
• Knowledge of customs documentation, Incoterms, or import/export compliance is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or APICS/ASCM certification is a plus.

Pay: $25.60 - $29.95 per hour
