Job Overview

GOLDEN SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT INC. is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support procurement, transportation, inventory, warehousing, and order fulfillment. This role is ideal for an organized professional who can coordinate multiple priorities, work with vendors and carriers, and help keep supply chain operations running efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate purchasing, shipments, inventory, warehousing, and order fulfillment.
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, warehouses, and logistics partners.
• Track shipments, inventory levels, delivery schedules, and order status.
• Prepare purchase orders, shipping documents, inventory reports, and operational records.
• Support forecasting, replenishment, and inventory planning.
• Monitor costs, vendor performance, and supply chain KPIs.
• Maintain accurate data in ERP, WMS, and TMS systems.
• Resolve shipping delays, inventory discrepancies, and operational issues.
• Support process improvements and compliance with company standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, transportation, warehouse, or inventory operations.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• ERP/WMS/TMS experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field is a plus.
