We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support our growing operations and ensure products move efficiently from suppliers and warehouses to customers.

This role is ideal for someone who is strong in coordination, follow-through, inventory management, logistics, and documentation and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple moving parts.

Key Responsibilities

● Coordinate daily supply chain activities from purchase order through delivery

● Monitor customer orders, inventory availability, shipment schedules, and delivery status

● Coordinate with factories, suppliers, 3PLs, warehouses, freight carriers, and customers

● Prepare and maintain purchase orders, shipping documents, BOLs, packing lists, and other supply chain documentation

● Monitor inbound and outbound shipments and proactively follow up on delays or issues

● Track inventory levels and identify potential stock shortages or excess inventory

● Coordinate warehouse receiving, order fulfillment, palletization, labeling, and shipment requirements

● Work closely with 3PL partners to ensure orders are prepared and shipped within required timelines

● Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and shipment transactions

● Assist in reconciling inventory between ERP/system records and warehouse reports

● Track customer-specific requirements, routing instructions, delivery appointments, and compliance requirements

● Provide regular updates on open orders, shipments, inventory, and potential supply chain risks

● Investigate discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with the appropriate teams

● Support supply planning and forecasting based on customer demand and inventory levels

● Ensure all supply chain documentation is complete, accurate, and properly filed

Qualifications

● 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory, purchasing, or related functions

● Experience working with US customers, suppliers, warehouses, or 3PLs is a strong advantage

● Strong understanding of POs, inventory, shipping, freight, and warehouse processes

● Excellent organizational and follow-up skills

● Strong attention to detail and accuracy

● Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable working with ERP or inventory management systems

● Strong written and verbal English communication skills

● Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

● Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership instead of simply escalating problems

● Comfortable coordinating with multiple parties across different time zones

● Willing to work on a US schedule

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
