Job Overview

Mills Performance Supply Chain Consulting is seeking an organized and analytical Supply Chain Coordinator to support logistics operations, monitor supply chain performance, and identify potential risks. This role involves coordinating with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to prevent disruptions, improve efficiency, and maintain smooth supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor supply chain activities and identify potential operational risks.
• Analyze transportation, inventory, supplier, and distribution data.
• Maintain reports, dashboards, KPIs, and risk mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers to resolve operational issues.
• Support business continuity and contingency planning.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and operational efficiency.
• Prepare reports and recommend corrective actions to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP or supply chain management systems.
• Excellent communication and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of transportation, inventory management, and supply chain best practices preferred.

Pay: $25.77 - $29.90 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
