Supply Chain Coordinator (Entry-Level) | Richmond, VA

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career logistics professional looking to build hands-on experience in a fast-paced supply chain environment.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate shipments and transportation activities across customers, carriers, and internal teams
• Monitor orders and delivery schedules to ensure on-time performance
• Communicate with customers and logistics partners regarding shipment status and service updates
• Track inventory, freight movements, and supply chain metrics
• Assist with problem resolution and support continuous process improvements
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within transportation and logistics systems

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field OR relevant experience within a 3PL, transportation, or logistics environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other business systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
