Supply Chain Coordinator (Import & English Speaking)

• Coordinate with factories, headquarters, and the Planning Department to follow up on shipping plans and confirm shipping documents.
• Monitor shipment schedules, including Estimated Time of Departure (ETD) and Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA), and prepare customs clearance and inbound plans in advance.
• Manage the import process, including customs clearance and transportation from Laem Chabang Port to the company’s warehouses.
• Coordinate with carriers, customs clearance agents, suppliers, and warehouse service providers to ensure that customs clearance and warehouse inbound processes are completed on time and in accordance with KPI targets.
• Coordinate with the Product Operations Department regarding new product certification and registration processes, including TISI, NBTC, EGAT, and OCPB requirements, to ensure that all products meet customs clearance conditions.
• Handle the settlement of import-related expenses, including VAT, import fees, invoice verification, and payment follow-up.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in import operations, customs clearance, logistics, or a similar role.
• Good command of written and spoken English. The ability to communicate in Chinese is highly preferred.
• Experience in product certification and registration for home appliances in Thailand, such as TISI, NBTC, EGAT, and OCPB.
• Knowledge of import procedures, customs clearance processes, and relevant regulations.
• Experience using SAP, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Service-minded, responsible, and able to work effectively under pressure.
• Good command of English or Chinese is an advantage.
