About the role

Charoen Pokphand Foods Public Company Limited is seeking a Customer Success Associate - Supply Chain to join our dynamic team in Bangkok. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support throughout their supply chain journey. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be the key point of contact for our clients, helping them optimise their supply chain operations and achieve their business objectives. This role bridges the gap between our customers and internal operations, ensuring seamless communication, timely problem resolution, and continuous value delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, managing their queries, concerns and requests in a professional and timely manner
• Monitor customer account health and satisfaction levels, identifying opportunities to expand services and improve retention
• Coordinate with internal supply chain teams to ensure customer requirements are met and deliverables are executed on schedule
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions and service history in our customer relationship management system
• Proactively communicate with customers regarding shipments, delivery schedules and any changes to their supply chain arrangements
• Support the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring they are fully equipped with knowledge and resources to succeed
• Identify and escalate supply chain issues or risks to management, working collaboratively on solutions
• Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product and service improvements
• Maintain knowledge of company products, services and supply chain capabilities to provide informed recommendations

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer success, customer service or sales support roles, preferably within supply chain, logistics or food distribution sectors
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers at all levels and explain complex supply chain concepts clearly
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with capability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously
• Proficiency in customer relationship management systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving customer issues
• Understanding of supply chain operations, logistics processes or inventory management
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and cross-functionally with operations, sales and management teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Fluency in English and Thai is essential; additional language skills are advantageous
• Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure positive outcomes
