Supply Chain Director

Our client, a fast-growing consumer brand with expanding retail and e-commerce operations, is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Director to lead its end-to-end supply chain organization.

This is a senior leadership role overseeing Demand & Supply Planning, Logistics & Distribution, Warehouse & Inventory, and Quality Assurance.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in FMCG, beauty/cosmetics, personal care, retail, consumer goods, food, pharmaceutical, e-commerce, or another high-volume consumer environment, with proven ability to manage multiple supply chain functions and lead managers or department heads.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall supply chain organization covering Demand & Supply Planning, Logistics, Warehouse & Inventory, and Quality Assurance.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business growth, inventory requirements, service levels, and cost targets.
• Lead and develop managers responsible for the major supply chain functions.
• Drive demand forecasting, supply planning, replenishment, inventory health, and product availability.
• Lead and strengthen the company's Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
• Oversee warehouse and inventory operations, including receiving, storage, stock accuracy, cycle counts, reconciliation, and shrinkage control.
• Oversee distribution and delivery performance across multiple retail locations and channels, balancing service levels with logistics costs.
• Ensure quality assurance, inspection, product handling, and operational standards are consistently implemented.
• Partner with Sales, Retail, E-commerce, Marketing, Finance, Product/R&D, and IT to align demand, inventory, promotions, product launches, and supply requirements.
• Establish and monitor key supply chain KPIs including forecast accuracy, inventory accuracy, fill rate, stock availability, delivery performance, logistics cost, quality, and productivity.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement initiatives across planning, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and quality.
• Build stronger processes, controls, accountability, and operating discipline as the organization continues to scale.

Qualifications

Must Have

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 8 years of progressive supply chain experience.

• At least 3–5 years in a senior management or leadership role overseeing multiple supply chain functions.

• Proven experience across several of the following:

  • Demand & Supply Planning
  • S&OP
  • Inventory Management
  • Warehouse Operations
  • Logistics & Distribution
  • Quality Assurance / Quality Operations

• Experience managing managers, department heads, supervisors, or multiple operational teams.

• Strong understanding of supply chain KPIs, inventory controls, forecasting, service levels, and operational costs.

• Experience using ERP, WMS, inventory management, or demand planning systems.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.

• Willing to work in Bacoor, Cavite.

Highly Preferred

• Experience in FMCG, beauty/cosmetics, personal care, retail, consumer goods, food, pharmaceutical, e-commerce, or high-volume distribution.
• Strong leadership exposure to demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and S&OP.
• Experience supporting multi-site retail, nationwide distribution, or omnichannel operations.
• Experience in supply chain transformation, process improvement, automation, ERP/WMS implementation, or operational scaling.
• APICS, CPIM, CSCP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification.
• Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related discipline.
