Supply Chain Director

1. Develop and execute the company's Supply Chain strategy in alignment with business growth objectives, while building a scalable supply chain organization to support long-term business expansion.
2. Lead Demand Planning and Supply Planning to ensure effective supply chain operations, and drive the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to improve forecast accuracy and maintain target service levels.
3. Manage inventory performance to achieve the company's inventory target
4. Oversee the procurement of Finished Goods and Premium products, while managing supplier and OEM manufacturing partnerships, both locally and internationally, with a strong focus on quality, cost optimization, and on-time delivery.
5. Manage import operations, international logistics, third-party logistics (3PL) providers, and product distribution to improve operational efficiency and optimize logistics costs.
6. Lead product quality control activities in collaboration with the QA team and outsourced QC partners to ensure products meet company quality standards before delivery.
7. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including cost-saving programs, working capital optimization, and overall Supply Chain efficiency improvement.
8. Establish and monitor Supply Chain KPIs and dashboards to measure performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making.
9. Lead, develop, and build a high-performing Supply Chain team, while fostering strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Finance, QA, and other key stakeholders.

JOB SPECIFICATION

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Age between 30 – 40 years old Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the retail industry.
3. Proven track record in leading and transforming supply chain operations.
4. Deep understanding of demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain optimization techniques.
5. Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Proficient in Chinese (HSK Level 4 or above) or excellent English communication
