Supply Chain Director

Role Description The Supply Chain Director role at شركة عبدالله عايد العنزي للمقاولات العامة شركة شخص واحد is a part-time remote position responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain activities to support construction and contracting projects. The role involves planning and coordinating production schedules, managing procurement of materials and services, and optimizing supply chain operations to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery. The Supply Chain Director will monitor supplier performance, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders. This position also includes analyzing data and key performance indicators, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. The director will collaborate closely with project managers, finance, and operations teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Supply Chain Management and Supply Chain Operations skills to oversee end-to-end processes and optimize performance.
• Candidates should possess Production Planning skills to coordinate material requirements, project timelines, and resource allocation.
• Candidates should possess Procurement skills to manage sourcing, supplier selection, contract negotiation, and cost control.
• Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate KPIs, and support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Relevant experience in construction, contracting, or related industries is highly beneficial.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills are required.
• Proficiency with supply chain and ERP software, as well as MS Office tools, is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
