Supply Chain Execution Manager

Job Purpose and Impact

The SC Execution Manager will lead and provide strategic direction to supply chain execution teams in Sofia, driving end-to-end process transformation and continuous improvement initiatives for a multi site operation. In this role, you will design, implement and sustain supply chain execution strategies, frameworks and standard operating models to support business transformation objectives and deliver measurable performance improvements aligned with short and long term business needs.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead and drive end-to-end supply chain execution transformation initiatives, establishing strategic roadmaps and performance frameworks to deliver sustainable, measurable improvements.
• Define, propose and implement supply chain execution strategies, policies, standard operating procedures and automation solutions to optimize operational performance and support business growth objectives.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, customer service, transportation and logistics to align execution strategies with broader supply chain and business priorities.
• Monitor, analyze and interpret key supply chain execution metrics to identify improvement opportunities and drive data-informed decision-making at a multi country and multi site level.
• Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of four years of related work experience
• Strong command of English, both verbal and written.

Preferred Qualifications

• Seven years of experience with at least three in supply and inventory planning
• Two years of supervisory experience
• Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems
