Supply Chain Executive Assistant

About the Role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Executive Assistant to support our Supply Chain Management Division. In this role, you will support purchase order processing and inventory management, billing and delivery, reporting, courier movements, and other administrative tasks and/or activities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Receive and process Purchase Orders from retail outlets.
• Record Purchase Orders in a timely manner.
• Check the availability of stocks.
• Maintain and ensure the proper upkeep of physical stock.
• Monitor the issuance of stock.
• Conduct stock-taking exercises and stock adjustments with the Finance Department.
• Prepare invoices and delivery orders for retail outlets.
• Handle packaging and arrange deliveries to retail outlets and/or direct clients, if necessary.
• Provide administrative support in compiling sales, turnover, and statistical data for reporting purposes.
• Record courier movements for all outgoing shipments.
• Support other administrative tasks and/or activities as assigned by the immediate superior.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum SPM qualification
• At least one (1) year of working experience in purchasing and inventory control, preferably within the retail, healthcare, or service industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Able to perform stock counts and stock adjustments accurately
• Familiarity with stock accounting systems will be an added advantage
• Good filing and documentation skills, with the ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Knowledge of Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices (GDPMD) will be an added advantage
