Supply Chain Executive

Requirements

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Possesses at least a Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Purchasing, or other related fields.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or logistics.
• Able to speak, read and write Mandarin to communicate effectively with suppliers from China. (This is a mandatory requirement.)
• Is proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Has good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and AutoCount Inventory/Store System.
• Possesses strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Is well-organized, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.

Procurement & Sourcing

• Source and procure materials, products, and services at competitive prices.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) for both local and overseas suppliers.
• Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, lead time, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure on-time delivery to support production requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.

Inventory Management

• Ensure all inventory transactions are accurately recorded in the system.
• Set and maintain inventory reorder levels to prevent stock shortages and excess inventory.
• Monitor stock movement and coordinate replenishment planning.
• Conduct monthly stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Work closely with Production to ensure material availability.

Logistics & Warehouse Coordination

• Coordinate import and export shipments, customs clearance, and freight arrangements.
• Track shipment progress and proactively resolve logistics issues.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agents, suppliers, and warehouse partners.
• Monitor warehouse space utilization and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to support production schedules.

Others

• Prepare procurement and inventory reports when required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
