Supply Chain Executive

About the role

Plan, oversee, and control supply chain processes for the distribution of all Garçon Dept. House Brand products. Manage the main warehouse/storage facility and coordinate the distribution of goods to all store branches with accuracy and timeliness.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee inbound, storage, and outbound warehouse operations to ensure systematic and safe processes
• Control and verify stock accuracy in the POS system against physical inventory in the warehouse
• Plan and conduct monthly/quarterly physical stock counts and prepare stock discrepancy analysis reports
• Manage warehouse storage space for maximum efficiency and improve packing and order fulfillment processes according to defined timelines
• Establish quality control standards for House Brand products in collaboration with the design team and conduct QC on new product batches before warehouse storage
• Control production and delivery lead times according to new collection launch schedules and marketing plans
• Plan distribution of House Brand products from the main warehouse to store branches based on sales performance and safety stock levels
• Coordinate and support the online sales team in fulfilling e-Commerce orders on schedule

About you

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of work experience in Supply Chain, Logistics Operations, or warehouse management (depending on organization size)
