Supply Chain Executive

KRA of Supply Executive:

• PO Processing & Supplies

• Appointment confirmation & PO processing of Mapped accounts

• Coordination with WSP/Factory & DC teams on appointment, execution, vehicle unloading/detention issue

• Relationship management:

• Develop and strengthen relationships with B2B accounts regional teams

• Liaison with the regional team for monthly sales plan & focus skus drives including weekly tracking (SOH, linking & listing)

• Market working: Adhere to monthly PJP (DC visits) and Account Regional team meetings. Propose/Share Plans with GT RSM/KAM teams basis Internal and external competition benchmarking to leverage opportunities and gaps

• Execution excellence: Coordinate with account regional and KAM team for MOP/Promo/Visi implementation on EB2B app as per MAP shared. Take corrective action with regional team in case of MOP violation

• Market Intelligence and Updates on Competition activities in the territory. Augment Distribution drives in markets

• Plan vs achievement: Drive sales growth and achieve plan no. for assigned territory and accounts

• NKVI/Focus Sku growth & Salience Improvement- Continuous drive of plans and discussions aligned with Branch/HO teams on NKVI/Focus Sku growths and salience increases as per defined target

• Leverage data related to Availability (SOH), Sell Outs (Trends & Assortment mapping) to ensure share gain and give insights to store team
