Supply Chain Executive

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the flow for overall stock movement (In/Out/Transfer/Write-off) for the entire warehouse versus the system.
• Utilize computer systems to understand processes, generate KPI reports, and produce required reports and statistics.
• Enforce inventory management processes aligned with sales volume.
• Be familiar with third-party logistics (3PL) functions, including tracking delivery times, transportation costs, and operational efficiency.
• Plan delivery routes, process shipments, and oversee incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Implement cost reduction initiatives and monitor shipping costs.
• Track the performance of logistics providers, hauliers, and third-party service providers against lead-time commitments, cost targets, and customer service levels.
• Maintain and strengthen system operations (WMS, B2C & B2B Portal).
• Manage the distribution of goods from the warehouse to retail outlets and customer warehouses.
• Travel to the Warehouse twice a week to coordinate with the 3PL team, monitor warehouse operations, and ensure smooth inventory and logistics processes. (Travel mileage and toll expenses are claimable.)

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a supply chain function role
• Proficiency in spoken mandarin is desired as candidates will be required to liaise with mandarin speaking vendors/customers
• Experience managing large volumes of SKUs
• Candidates are required to travel to the warehouse up to twice a week.
