Supply Chain Executive

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least an SPM or Diploma.
• At least 1–2 years of working experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or supply chain operations.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak and write in Mandarin is a strong advantage (to communicate with suppliers/vendors where applicable).
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or SQL is an added
  advantage.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead frontline warehouse staff
  and work effectively in a team environment.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
  under minimal supervision.

Job Description:

• Warehouse Operations Support: Oversee and coordinate daily inbound and outbound
  warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely processing.

• Goods Receiving & Dispatch: Supervise the receipt, inspection, staging,
  and dispatch of materials and finished goods, coordinating closely with
  inventory and logistics teams.

• Stock & Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct periodic
  cycle counts and physical stock takes, and investigate discrepancies to
  maintain high inventory accuracy.

• Return Goods Handling: Manage the process for returned goods—handling
  physical stock, inspecting item conditions, preparing required
  documentation, and generating reports.

• Facility & Equipment Maintenance: Monitor and report maintenance, repair,
  and servicing needs for warehouse facilities, material handling equipment,
  and machinery.

• Team Supervision: Supervise and assign daily tasks to warehouse staff, and
  forklift operators to ensure operational targets and safety protocols are
  met.

• Documentation & Records: Maintain, track, and archive all warehouse-related
  receipts, delivery orders, stock transfer notes, and vendor billing
  records accurately.

• Ad-hoc Tasks: Perform any additional administrative or operational tasks as
  assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
