Supply Chain Executive ( 供应链执行员）

About the role

This role involves managing the full supply chain cycle, from purchase order management to delivery execution. You will be responsible for preparing and updating supply chain reports, managing purchase orders from requisition through supplier selection and delivery tracking, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of goods to customers. You will act as the primary point of contact for all delivery-related matters and coordinate with suppliers, sales teams, and relevant parties to ensure proper documentation and arrangement of shipments. 此职位负责管理完整的供应链流程，从采购订单管理至货物交付执行。主要负责准备及更新供应链报告、管理从采购申请、供应商选择、采购订单发出至交货跟进的完整流程，并确保货物准确及及时交付给客户。您将作为所有交货相关事项的主要负责人，并与供应商、销售团队及相关部门进行协调，以确保货运文件及运输安排准确无误。

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and update the Supply Chain report from time to time. 定期准备及更新供应链报告。
• Manage and execute the full cycle of purchase orders—from requisition to supplier selection, issuance, and delivery tracking 负责采购订单的完整流程，包括采购申请、供应商选择、订单发出及交货跟进。
• Prepare and send out the Purchasing Outstanding Report per schedule 按照规定时间准备及发送采购未完成事项报告（Purchasing Outstanding Report）。
• Prepare the Monthly Stock Replenishment Report 准备每月库存补货报告
• Prepare, verify and process all necessary documentation, such as customs declarations, invoices, packing list, HS Codes, bills of lading and certificate of origin 准备、核对及处理所有必要文件，包括报关文件、发票、装箱单、HS Code、提单及原产地证书等。
• Overall responsibility for planning and supporting the execution of company's deliveries 全面负责公司货物交付的规划及执行协调工作。
• Act as primary point for all deliveries related matters 作为所有交货相关事项的主要联络负责人。
• Liaise with supplier for cargo readiness, arrange shipment/delivery schedule 与供应商协调货物准备情况，并安排出货及交货时间。
• Liaise with sales team to effectively plan out the deliveries与销售团队密切协调，有效规划及安排客户交货。
• Liaise with all relevant parties for proper documentation and arrangement of shipments and to report any irregularities 与相关部门及合作方协调，确保文件及运输安排妥善，并及时向上级报告任何异常情况。

About you

• Possess at least SPM / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Fluent in Chinese (to support daily operation with China Branch or visit to China) and English
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Fresh graduate with an aggressive and proactive attitude, high willingness to learn, and a strong desire to grow are encourage to apply.
