Supply Chain Executive

Key responsibilities:

• Create and process sales orders, outbound deliveries, and related transactions in SAP SD/SAP HANA
• Process high seas sales orders and coordinate the end-to-end order processing including invoicing requirement to direct deliveries from suppliers to stores.
• Analyse historical sales trends, current demand, stock availability
• Work closely with stores and category managers to review performance, assortment requirements and SKU status.
• Identify potential stock shortages and excess inventory and inform respective category for corrective actions.
• Prepare and validate costing details to ensure accurate cost calculation and system updates required for accurate goods receipt note (GRN)
• Prepare, update and circulate shipment trackers to monitor shipment status, expected arrival date and delivery progress.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely movement and delivery of goods.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Supply chain, logistics, commerce, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in supply chain operations, demand planning, sales and purchase order processing, or logistics.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SD / SAP HANA is essential.
• Advanced proficiency in MS EXCEL, including data analysis, lookup functions, PIVOT tables and reporting.
• Experience in retail, or multi-store operation would be an advantage.
