About the Role

We are looking for a Supply Chain & Logistics Executive to join our fast-paced startup team. In this role, you will play a hands-on part in managing inventory movement, vendor coordination, and daily fulfillment operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations & Logistics

• Coordinate day-to-day inbound and outbound shipment movements across local, regional, and third-party logistics partners.
• Track packages, monitor delivery timelines, and proactively resolve shipping delays or transit exceptions.
• Prepare shipping documents, dispatch paperwork, and maintain audit-ready delivery logs.

2. Inventory & Warehouse Management

• Monitor stock levels to prevent stockouts or over-inventory situations.
• Conduct regular stock reconciliations and report variations between physical inventory and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Assist with incoming stock inspection, quality checks, and put-away processes.

3. Vendor & Partner Coordination

• Serve as the main operational point of contact for courier partners, vendors, and transport suppliers.
• Negotiate spot rates and monitor SLA performance across different logistics service providers.

4**. Process Optimization & Reporting**

• Track core operational KPIs (e.g., Order Fulfillment Time, On-Time Delivery Rate, SLA Adherence).
• Identify bottleneck areas in dispatch or return operations and propose lean solutions.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream. (Degree in SCM or Logistics is an added advantage).
• Mindset: Highly self-driven, resourceful, and passionate about building efficient operational systems.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in an intense, fast-moving startup environment with changing priorities.
• Problem-Solving: Sharp analytical thinking with the ability to troubleshoot delivery issues on the spot.
• Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills for effective vendor and team management.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Understanding of basic inventory metrics (e.g., Lead Time, Reorder Point, Safety Stock).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
