Supply Chain Executive - Logistic (Central / AWS + VB / Perm / 5-days)

Company Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Supply Chain Executive - Logistic to join our team in Central Singapore. In this role, you will oversee store/warehouse management, master production scheduling, logistics, customer consignment stock, component verification, and SAP data administration within an EMS/PCB manufacturing environment.

Job Highlights

• Salary Range: $3000 – $4000 / month
• AWS & Variable Bonus (VB)
• Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Location: Toa Payoh

Key Responsibilities

• Production & Job Scheduling: Plan build schedules across PCB production and assembly; verify parts lists (BOMs) and release jobs only when all components are ready.
• Logistics & Customs: Coordinate incoming/outgoing shipments with freight forwarders, handle import/export paperwork (permits, invoices), and issue Delivery Orders in SAP.
• Warehouse & Inventory Control: Oversee receiving, picking, packing, and stock accuracy; enforce FIFO, conduct regular stock takes, and manage quarantined items.
• Component Handling: Operate X-ray counting machines to verify reel/tray quantities, update SAP records, and manage moisture-sensitive components (baking/re-sealing).
• Consignment & Quality: Maintain separate tracking for customer-owned stock, send regular stock reports, and manage quality/RMA process for defective parts.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with SAP inventory transactions (Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, Stock Count) and MRP operations.
• Understanding of electronic components, ESD/MSD safety standards, and PCB assembly processes.
