Supply Chain Executive (Operation)

🧩 About the Role

The E-commerce Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of e-commerce activities, including order processing, fulfillment and inventory control. The role ensures timely order delivery, inventory accuracy, and a high level of customer satisfaction while supporting efficient business operations.

You will work closely with our warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams, as well as marketplace platform partners, to ensure every order is processed accurately and delivered on time.

💬 Job Responsibilities

1. Provide support to sales representatives
2. Contribution to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales team operations
3. Coordinate customer order fulfillment
4. Communicate with warehouse for sales order
5. Prepare shipping documents and receipts
6. Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information
7. Update and monitor daily stock
8. Review pending orders and specific customers' requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experiences
9. Follow up parcel issues
10. Suggest sales process improvement
11. Such other scope of work that may be given by our designated personnel to you with prior notice.

✅ Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 years of experience in operations, have ERP/Inventory experience

• We are seeking candidates fluent in Chinese to assist Mandarin-speaking customers

• AI tools knowledge preferred

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
