VE:LA (Skincare), TOPEC (Non-Woven Fabrics for Automotive) and WelLap Non-Woven (Synthetic

Fiber Innovation from Japan).

TPCS expanded by founding TPCX, specializing in Digital Asset Investments and Marketing

Agency. TPCX also entered the food and beverage industry, managing the specialty coffee shop 4

out of 5 and investing in premium Japanese restaurants UNAGI YONDAIME KIKUKAWA and Kaneko

Hannosuke Thailand.

Supply Chain Executive Position

Job Description:

 Contact existing and new suppliers for purchasing and product development.

 Procure material and packaging suitable for product types and within budget constraints.

 Select and evaluate suppliers by comparing prices, payment terms, and quality to achieve

optimal costs.

 Coordinate with the sourcing international team, design, production, and warehouse teams

to ensure material or packaging meets requirements.

 Inspect samples and quality of packaging before confirming purchases.

 Monitor, control and manage the timeline for the procurement-related activities within the

NPD process, while providing weekly progress updates to ensure that the products can be

launched on schedule.

 Prepare procurement documents such as Purchase Orders (PO), quotations, contracts, and

other related documents in compliance with ISO 9001 quality management standards.

 Monitor and make decisions on replenishment orders for Finished Goods to ensure

sufficient stock availability to meet sales demand while maintaining appropriate inventory

levels.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Packaging Design, or related fields.

 At least 5 years of experience in packaging or related material procurement.

 Strong negotiation skills and excellent teamwork abilities.

 Proficient in project management and cost management.

 Basic knowledge of packaging design and ability to use basic design software such as Adobe

Illustrator, Photoshop, or related CAD programs.

 Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP systems.
