Supply Chain Executive / Sr. Executive

1. Supply Chain Executive, vacancy -1 for Whitefield, Bengaluru office.
   Please find the JD.

• Assist in Generation and maintenance of Vertical-wise database for Suppliers, Service Providers and partners, Support Personnel, Consultants, Key personnel, JV Partners separately from Domestic and International sources.
• Use data mining practices, Software to source and enlist Resources above who are willing to associate with SECON on job to job / retention basis for future projects and maintain good rapport from time to time.
• Assist Contract/ Procurement Department in the Expression of Interest, preparation of Proposals, Tendering, Issue of Purchase Orders etc.
• Maintain and update enlisted Resources, Performance etc. as per Standard Operating Procedure.
• Overall Vendor Development and management.
• Ascertain National and International practices with regard to terms & conditions, Leave entitlement, Monthly Remuneration in INR / US$, Country / Region-wise and nature of specialisation of suppliers/consultants.
• Material Management and Logistics tracking and management related to movement of SECON equipment, personnel, transport, etc.
• Project Monitoring and Coordination.
• Administrative Support, Procurement, Supply Chain, Vendor Management etc.
• Sourcing Resources relating to Services and Management.
• Any other task assigned from time to time.

Requirement

• Excellent written / oral communication skill in English, Computer Savvy
• 2 - 5 Years experience in Supply Chain Management, vendor management, etc.
• Excellent inter personal skills, Team / People Leadership skill.
• Degree with Consistent Academic Performance with average grade 6 CGPA (Full time regular course from recognised Institution)
• Good Problem solving / Analytic skills
• Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with vendors.
• Wholehearted ownership and long term commitment to SECON
