Supply Chain Intern

About the Role

Bostik Philippines is looking for a highly motivated Industrial Engineering student to join our Supply Chain team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to supply chain operations, logistics processes, inventory management, and continuous improvement initiatives. The intern will support projects focused on process understanding, analysis, and optimization across various supply chain functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in documenting and mapping end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Gather, analyze, and report supply chain and logistics data.
• Assist in monitoring inventory movement and warehouse operations.
• Support logistics coordination and supply chain planning activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects using Industrial Engineering principles.
• Help identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and process documentation as needed.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support operational requirements.
• Perform other supply chain and logistics-related tasks assigned by the team.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Internship must be a required component of the university curriculum.
• Must be able to render the internship hours required by the university.
• Knowledge of process mapping, data analysis, and continuous improvement concepts is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willing to work primarily in Taytay, Rizal, with occasional onsite assignments in Tanay, Rizal and Ortigas Center, Pasig.
