Supply Chain Intern

Elixir Marketing and Distribution (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Intern to support our Supply Chain and Warehouse Operations team. This internship will provide practical exposure to supply chain processes, warehouse management, documentation, inventory handling, and Good Distribution Practices (GDP) within a distribution environment.
(Note: This is a three-month paid internship program with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on performance and business requirements.)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Supply Chain and Warehouse team in day-to-day operational activities.
• Maintain and organize supply chain, warehouse, and goods receiving documentation.
• Assist with receiving, storage, movement, and dispatch of products.
• Support inventory monitoring and reconciliation activities.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for warehouse transactions.
• Assist in maintaining warehouse records in accordance with company procedures and GDP requirements.
• Support the team in ensuring proper storage conditions, product identification, segregation, and handling.
• Assist with Goods Receiving Logs, stock records, dispatch documents, and other relevant documentation.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Sales, Finance, and other departments regarding supply chain activities.
• Support internal audits, inspections, and compliance-related activities when required.
• Identify documentation or operational gaps and report them to the relevant supervisor.

Requirements

• BBA / Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates currently completing their relevant degree are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of supply chain and warehouse management concepts.
• Good understanding of documentation and record-keeping.
• Basic knowledge of Good Distribution Practices (GDP) will be an advantage.
• Good command of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a warehouse/distribution environment.
