Supply Chain Intern (Student Intern)

We are looking for highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Interns to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in procurement, inventory management, logistics coordination, supplier management, and supply chain analytics. Interns will work closely with various departments and gain valuable exposure to real-world supply chain operations within a fast-paced environment.

This opportunity is ideal for college students completing their required On-the-Job Training (OJT) who are eager to gain practical, hands-on experience in a professional setting.

📍 Location: Sta. Mesa, Manila
🕒 Internship Type: Full-time (8:00AM-5:00PM) or Part-time Internship
📅 Schedule: Monday to Friday

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in monitoring inventory levels and stock movements.
• Support procurement activities, including supplier coordination and purchase requests.
• Help maintain accurate inventory and supply chain records.
• Analyze supply chain data and prepare reports for management.
• Assist in coordinating deliveries and logistics activities.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Participate in supply chain planning and forecasting activities.
• Perform administrative tasks related to supply chain operations as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently pursuing a degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics and Transportation Management, Business Administration, Management Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Information Systems or other related courses

• Basic knowledge in supply chain management

• Knowledgeable in MS Excel and MS Word

• Willingness to learn and take initiative
