Supply Chain Junior Assistant

We are looking for a Supply Chain Junior Assistant to join our growing organization and support the efficient management of our supply chain operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field,
• 1–3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Logistics, or Operations,
• Hands-on experience with Nebim V3 ERP ,
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and basic reporting),
• Good written and verbal English communication skills ,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented and results-driven approach,
• Strong planning, organization, and time management skills,
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills,
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment,
• Experience in the cosmetics, retail, or distribution sectors is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating and following up on domestic and international supply orders and entering them into the Nebim system,
• Managing daily operational communication with suppliers,
• Monitoring order, shipment, and inventory processes,
• Tracking stock levels and preparing regular reports,
• Coordinating with relevant teams on import and logistics operations,
• Keeping product, order, and inventory records up to date in the ERP system,
• Supporting operational processes in coordination with Sales, Warehouse, and Finance teams,
• Preparing regular operational reports and presenting them to management.
