About the Role

Brightstar Resources is seeking an experienced and hands-on Supply Chain Lead to oversee the warehouse, inventory and logistics function at our Laverton Processing Plant.

Roster: FIFO, 8 days on / 6 days off

Point of Hire**:** Perth, Western Australia

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager with a dotted line to the Commercial Manager, this role is critical in ensuring materials, consumables and spare parts are available to support safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse and stores operations
• Supervise and support Store Persons
• Manage inventory control, stock takes and critical spares
• Coordinate freight, deliveries and site logistics
• Track critical deliveries and proactively manage supply risks
• Work closely with Maintenance and Operations to support material requirements.
• Maintain a safe and organised warehouse
• Drive improvements in inventory accuracy, warehouse processes and logistics efficiency.

About You

• Experience leading a warehouse, stores or supply chain functions in mining, resources or heavy industry
• Strong inventory control and materials management experience
• Experience using ERP systems, ideally Pronto
• Strong communication, planning and problem-solving skills
• A practical, hands-on leadership approach
• Ability to work effectively across Maintenance, Operations and Commercial teams.

Highly Regarded

• Gold processing or remote site experience
• Experience coordinating freight and logistics to remote operations
• Knowledge of critical spares management
• Forklift Licence and Australian Driver Licence
• Qualifications in Supply Chain, Logistics or a related discipline
