SUPPLY CHAIN LOGISTICS

Job Summary

The Supply Chain and Logistics Officer is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the end-to-end flow of goods, materials, and supplies, from procurement and inventory management to warehousing, transportation, and final delivery. The role ensures the timely and cost-effective movement of materials, accurate inventory records, proper storage, and efficient coordination with suppliers, warehouse personnel, drivers, and internal departments.

The successful candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of maintaining efficient supply chain operations while controlling logistics costs and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Preferably 2–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory, warehouse, or distribution operations.
• Fresh graduates with relevant training or internship experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of inventory control, warehousing, dispatching, transportation, and procurement coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to prepare reports, maintain accurate records, and meet operational deadlines.
• Honest, responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and with a team.
• Willing to conduct warehouse inspections and coordinate with suppliers, drivers, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and stock movements.
• Coordinate deliveries, dispatch schedules, and transportation.
• Monitor supplier orders and material availability.
• Maintain accurate logistics and inventory records.
• Prepare operational reports and monitor logistics expenses.
• Recommend improvements to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
