Job Summary

Vynedam Group of Industries is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Supply Chain / Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring timely procurement-to-delivery execution, shipment tracking, vendor coordination, and accurate logistics documentation.

We are seeking candidates with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills who can effectively coordinate with internal departments, logistics partners, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute logistics activities to ensure timely delivery of products and materials.
• Prepare and maintain delivery milestone plans and shipment schedules.
• Coordinate with transport vendors, logistics partners, and dispatch teams.
• Monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery to designated locations.
• Maintain accurate proof of delivery (POD), dispatch records, and logistics documentation.
• Communicate with consignees regarding delivery schedules, shipment updates, and related requirements.
• Identify potential logistics delays and implement corrective or recovery plans.
• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, technical, and operations teams.
• Prepare logistics tracking reports and maintain accurate records using MS Excel.
• Escalate delivery issues and operational risks to the reporting manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or Dispatch Coordination.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; Supply Chain or Logistics qualification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of logistics planning and shipment coordination.
• Experience in vendor management and transport coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, shipment tracking, and reporting.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deliveries and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving, risk management, and organizational skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in supply chain operations, logistics coordination, or dispatch management.
• Ability to handle end-to-end shipment tracking and delivery documentation.
• Strong follow-up skills with transport vendors and internal teams.
• Detail-oriented professional with the ability to work independently.

Salary & Benefits

Annual CTC: ₹4,20,000 – ₹6,60,000, depending on relevant experience, skills, and interview performance.
