Timeless Cargo Logistics is a growing third-party logistics (3PL) company focused on providing reliable transportation and freight solutions. We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Interns to support our operations team while gaining hands-on experience in the transportation and logistics industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist dispatchers with scheduling and tracking freight shipments.
• Monitor shipment status and communicate updates to customers and carriers.
• Help manage carrier documentation, insurance certificates, contracts, and compliance records.
• Enter and maintain shipment information in company systems.
• Support the sales and operations teams with daily administrative tasks.
• Assist with carrier onboarding and verification processes.
• Prepare reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
• Communicate professionally with drivers, customers, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, MIS, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn about transportation and logistics operations.

Compensation

• Paid internship (based on experience)

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
