What they need
- Assist in the daily monitoring and coordination of supply chain activities.
- Prepare and maintain supply chain-related reports, records, and documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, deliveries, and order status.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, procurement, and other departments regarding operational requirements.
- Encode and update data in relevant systems or spreadsheets.
- Assist in tracking purchase orders, deliveries, and other supply chain transactions.
- Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, and operational concerns.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of supply chain documentation.
- Prepare regular reports and provide updates to the Supply Chain team.
- Assist in identifying and resolving operational issues related to inventory, deliveries, and documentation.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
