Responsibilities
As a Supply Chain Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate supply planning activities and monitor material availability
- Anticipate shortages, supply risks, and critical dependencies
- Support production ramp-up and customer delivery readiness
- Coordinate order fulfilment processes across Production, Procurement, Logistics, Sales, and Finance
- Participate in the setup and optimization of warehouse management processes
- Ensure accurate ERP data and contribute to supply chain process development
- Analyze operational bottlenecks and implement practical improvements
- Establish reliable planning routines and reporting standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic industrial environment
- Contribute to building scalable supply chain operations for future growth
Necessary skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or similar
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, Fulfilment, Operations, or Procurement
- Strong analytical capabilities and data-driven mindset
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Good understanding of interactions between planning, procurement, production, and delivery
- Hands-on attitude combined with strong organizational skills
- Fluent German and English
- Eligibility for German security clearance requirements (EU Citizenship required)
- Ambition to grow within a rapidly expanding industrial organization
Salary
€65,000 - €80,000 depending on experience and potential
