Supply Chain Manager (Chinese Speaking)

General Description of Duties and Responsibilities:

• According to the project medium and long - term supply demand, provide a deliverable, efficient and low-cost supply solution.
• Lead the project supply chain team to work efficiently, including order fulfillment, importation/exportation, international logistics, inventory management and selection of vendors.
• Keep good communication with customers, understand the needs of customers and improve customer satisfaction level through continuous teamwork.
• Work with some positions of Supply center, like planning, order, and logistics to make sure supply on time based on customer requirements.
• Familiar with international trade terms, and can provide the solution about transaction with customers based on supply capability and other risks.
• Work with Logistic Service Provider to make all the supply work more efficient and meet the accuracy to fulfill the delivery demand, such as using the new technology and management method, to make sure cargo arrival on time, picking efficiencies and accuracy
• Responsible for organizing and participating in the selection and management of suppliers in local country, building long term and stable partnerships with suppliers according to company’s procurement strategies

Candidate Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree, Engineering, Logistics/ Transportation, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain/ Logistics work, overseas working experience in a telecom, data center, or solar equipment provider preferred
• Familiar with supply chain business processes and able to enhance and improve process flow.
• With a significant background in supply chain planning, has worked in 1 or more operational roles such as demand planner, planning manager, and demand-supply manager in recent years.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in professional project management methodologies or logistics
• Good communication and interpersonal skills (such as team building, conflict management, and cross-cultural management)
• English and Chinese Proficiently
