Supply Chain Manager

Title: Supply Chain Manager
Location: Manti, UT
Pay: $100,000 to $150,000 per year

We are hiring a Supply Chain Manager for an established company in Utah. This role will own purchasing, inventory, and supplier relationships from raw material through finished goods, and be directly involved in the day to day operations.

What you will do

• Own purchasing and supplier strategy for raw material and purchased components
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with key vendors, and hold them to lead times
• Run cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, and inventory accuracy
• Manage stocking levels and reorder points so critical components never run out
• Lead and develop the buying team
• Work with production and engineering on demand planning and new part introduction
• Report on spend, cost savings, and supplier performance to leadership

What you need

• 5+ years in supply chain, purchasing, or materials management in a manufacturing environment
• Experience negotiating with vendors on pricing, terms, and lead times
• Hands on experience managing inventory accuracy and stocking levels
• Willing to work on site in central Utah

Nice to have

• ERP experience, Fishbowl, NetSuite, Epicor or similar
• Strong Excel, pivot tables and analysis level
• Experience leading or mentoring buyers
• Background in a small to mid sized manufacturer where you owned the whole function
• Supplier development or dual sourcing experience

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
