Supply Chain Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic supply chain initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead and oversee procurement, inventory control, warehousing, and distribution operations.
• Manage supplier sourcing, accreditation, contract negotiations, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure continuous availability of medical and non-medical supplies while minimizing inventory costs.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and purchasing trends to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with department heads to forecast supply requirements and support hospital operations.
• Prepare supply chain performance reports and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and organizational policies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Supply Chain team to achieve departmental objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, or materials management, including 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Experience in a healthcare or hospital setting is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of procurement strategies, inventory management, supplier relationship management, and logistics operations.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ERP or inventory management systems.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to operational excellence.
