Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with our suppliers and internal customers to drive operational excellence and deploy best practices across all operational aspects to meet or exceed business targets as well as customer satisfaction
• Develop, implement and sustain a planning system to ensure sufficient regular procurement, also to support brand promotion campaigns, animation with a strong follow through mindset on orders fulfilment
• Manage current and mid/long term forecast projections to drive procurement plan and inventory planning goals
• Monitors our suppliers for quality and performance, resolves bottlenecks or problem area related to Supply Chain
• Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities to streamline processes and improve accuracy and efficiency within Supply Chain operations
• Responsible for budget setting and able to lead ad hoc operation project as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in business or equivalent with at least 8 years in supply chain management
• Experience in FMCG / beauty or related retail sectors is definitely an advantage
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
• A good team and multi-tasked player with a strong drive for result
• Proficiency in SAP system and Microsoft applications, particularly in excel applications, is a must
• Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage
