Supply Chain Manager

About the role

Winterpine Marketing Corporation is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Dona Imelda, Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain operations and ensuring the efficient delivery of products to our customers.

What you'll be doing

1. Oversee the end-to-end supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution
2. Forecast demand and plan production schedules to meet customer needs while minimizing costs
3. Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure quality, on-time delivery, and competitive pricing
4. Implement and monitor inventory control systems to maintain optimal stock levels
5. Analyse supply chain data to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions
6. Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in sales, production, and finance to align supply chain strategies with overall business objectives
7. Lead and motivate a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and support for their professional development

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a supply chain management role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry
2. Proven track record of optimizing supply chain operations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
4. Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and collaborate cross-functionally
5. Familiarity with supply chain management software and technology, such as ERP systems and inventory management tools
6. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
