SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to oversee and manage the company’s end-to-end supply chain operations, including logistics, warehousing, inventory, transportation, and delivery activities. The successful candidate will ensure efficient operations, timely deliveries, proper inventory management, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily supply chain, logistics, warehouse, and distribution operations.

• Manage and coordinate warehouse, logistics, transport, and delivery teams.

• Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and product availability.

• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customers and accounts.

• Monitor delivery performance, route efficiency, and vehicle utilization.

• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Identify operational issues and implement appropriate corrective actions.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.

• Monitor KPIs and prepare regular operational reports for management.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

• Manage third-party suppliers, service providers, and logistics partners when applicable.

• Handle operational concerns and resolve issues affecting supply chain performance.

• Lead, coach, and evaluate supply chain personnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or distribution operations.

• At least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience.

• Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and transportation operations.

• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Experience in a distribution or FMCG environment is an advantage.

• Willing to work in Tarlac City.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
